What does the customer receive?

The Quality Plan includes:

2. Quality activities that can be offered to the organization
    3. Preliminary estimation of the investment required (money and effort) for each Quality Activity

For the Quality Activities selected for implementation:
    1. A detailed report of the status-quo against the desired state
    2. A detailed action plan to implement the desired Quality Activities
    3. Recommendations for Metrics and Tracking Tools
