What does the customer receive?
In a relatively very short time (two days for collecting the information
and 3-5 days for doing the analysis), the organization receives a detailed
report accompanied by graphs, depicting the testing status of the organization
and what can be done to improve it.
A detailed action plan can be derived from
the report to improve the situation.
- All testing activities performed in the organization
- Defect registration and defect tracking
- Root Cause Analysis of the customer-reported faults that escaped testing
- Classification of all test processes into three categories according to their added value to the product's quality
