Customer Benefits
In a relatively very short time (two days for collecting the information
and 3-5 days for doing the analysis), the organization receives a professional,
objective status report of its quality and its development processes. This
enables the organization to re-examine its quality activities and their degree
of effectiveness.
What does the customer
receive?
The customer receives a detailed report, accompanied by graphs, depicting
the quality status of the organization and what can be done to improve it. A
detailed action plan can be derived from the report to improve the situation.
The analysis includes:
- Selected development and service processes
- Flow of work products between the various development / service functions
- Root Cause Analysis of the faults reported by customers
- Root Cause Analysis of the faults that escaped testing
- Classification of all processes into three categories according to their added value to the product's quality
